Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Roll out one pie crust on a floured surface to fit a 9-inch pie dish and press it into the dish.
  4. Pour the filling into the prepared crust, mounding it slightly in the center.
  5. Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting slits into the top crust for steam to escape.
