  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (170°C) and line the 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mash 3-4 medium bananas until smooth, aiming for about 1½ cups.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 2 cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
  4. Melt ½ cup of unsalted butter in a microwave-safe bowl and let it cool slightly.
