Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper or coat with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all the batter ingredients and mix until smooth and creamy, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.
  4. Sprinkle the Reese's Baking Cups over the batter and then add Reese's Pieces candy on top.
  5. Pour the remaining batter over the toppings and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the second bag of Reese's Baking Cups on top and gently press them into the batter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let the brownies cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
