Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Combine the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
  3. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Add orange extract and stir to incorporate.
  5. Remove 2 cups of the mixture and set aside.
  6. Add orange gel food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir until the desired color is achieved.
  7. Pour the orange mixture into the prepared pan.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the white fudge over the orange layer.
  9. Gently swirl the two mixtures together.
  10. Tap the pan to release air bubbles.
  11. Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
  12. Once set, lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy.
