Preparation
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine the white chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave for 1 minute, then stir and continue heating in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Add orange extract and stir to incorporate.
- Remove 2 cups of the mixture and set aside.
- Add orange gel food coloring to the remaining mixture and stir until the desired color is achieved.
- Pour the orange mixture into the prepared pan.
- Drop spoonfuls of the white fudge over the orange layer.
- Gently swirl the two mixtures together.
- Tap the pan to release air bubbles.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.
- Once set, lift the fudge from the pan, cut into squares, and enjoy.
