  3. In a bowl, whisk together the cooled apple cider, sour cream, and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar until frothy, then add melted butter.
  5. Mix dry ingredients in a separate bowl, then combine with the wet ingredients alternately with cider mix.
  6. Fold the batter gently until combined and pour it into the prepared loaf pan.
