Baking Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter, quick oats, all-purpose flour, light brown sugar, and kosher salt until crumbly.
- Set aside 1 cup of the crumbly oatmeal mixture for topping, then press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan.
- In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, milk chocolate chips, and butter over medium heat until melted and smooth.
- Pour and spread the fudge mixture over the pressed oatmeal base.
- Sprinkle the reserved oatmeal mixture over the fudge layer, allowing some fudge to peek through.
- Press the mini M&Ms lightly into the fudge layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until edges are golden and center is set.
- Cool completely on a rack for 1-2 hours before slicing.
