Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a 9×13-inch baking pan.

  3. Set aside 1 cup of the crumbly oatmeal mixture for topping, then press the remaining mixture into the prepared pan.
  4. In a saucepan, combine sweetened condensed milk, milk chocolate chips, and butter over medium heat until melted and smooth.
  5. Pour and spread the fudge mixture over the pressed oatmeal base.
  6. Sprinkle the reserved oatmeal mixture over the fudge layer, allowing some fudge to peek through.
