Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
  3. Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each to about 4 inches across.
  4. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture in the center of each flattened dough round and add a soft caramel candy.
  5. Gather the dough edges around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
  6. Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter.
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  8. Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
