- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat in a skillet. Add the apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cook for about 5 minutes until tender.
- Separate the refrigerated biscuit dough into rounds and flatten each to about 4 inches across.
- Place approximately 1 tablespoon of the apple mixture in the center of each flattened dough round and add a soft caramel candy.
- Gather the dough edges around the filling and pinch tightly to seal. Place seam-side down in the baking dish.
- Brush the tops of each bomb with melted butter.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let the bombs cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
