Ingredients
  

  • 1 can 13.8 oz refrigerated pizza dough
  • 12 cubes mozzarella cheese cubed
  • 36 slices pepperoni
  • cup pizza sauce
  • 3 tablespoon butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400ºF and prepare a muffin tin by spraying it with nonstick spray.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into 12 cubes and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
  3. Slice the dough into 12 equal squares.
  4. Top each dough square with a dollop of pizza sauce, a couple of pepperoni slices, and one cheese cube.
  5. Fold the edges of the dough squares around the fillings, pinching to seal them tightly.
  6. Place the sealed bombs seam-side down into the prepared muffin tin.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes or until they're golden brown and puffed up.
  8. Melt the butter and mix in the Italian seasoning, then brush over the hot pizza bombs.
  9. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pizza bombs.
  10. Serve your Muffin Tin Pizza Bombs warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
