Preheat your oven to 400ºF and prepare a muffin tin by spraying it with nonstick spray.
Cut the mozzarella into 12 cubes and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle.
Slice the dough into 12 equal squares.

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until they're golden brown and puffed up.
Melt the butter and mix in the Italian seasoning, then brush over the hot pizza bombs.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the pizza bombs.
