Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a small bowl, combine flour, light brown sugar, and cinnamon for the streusel topping.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  4. Mash the bananas in a large bowl, then mix in granulated sugar, light brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the pan, sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar over, then add remaining batter.
  7. Sprinkle the prepared streusel topping over the batter.
