  3. Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides, and secure with toothpicks.
  4. Mix ground cinnamon and sugar in a shallow dish.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pot to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry the filled tortillas until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  7. Transfer to paper towels to drain, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
