- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick spray.
- Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface until approximately ⅛ inch thick.
- Cut out circles from the rolled pie crust using a round cutter or a glass approximately 2.5 inches in diameter.
- Place one Hershey Kiss in the center of each dough circle.
- Fold each dough circle over the Hershey Kiss, creating a half-moon shape and seal the edges securely.
- Whisk the egg white with a tablespoon of water to make an egg wash. Using a pastry brush, lightly coat the top of each sealed pillow.
- Place the prepared cookies on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle Mrs. Richardson’s Caramel Topping over each pillow and sprinkle with Mediterranean Sea Salt.
