Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat it with non-stick spray.
  3. Roll out the pie crust on a lightly floured surface until approximately ⅛ inch thick.
  4. Cut out circles from the rolled pie crust using a round cutter or a glass approximately 2.5 inches in diameter.
  5. Place one Hershey Kiss in the center of each dough circle.
  6. Fold each dough circle over the Hershey Kiss, creating a half-moon shape and seal the edges securely.
  7. Whisk the egg white with a tablespoon of water to make an egg wash. Using a pastry brush, lightly coat the top of each sealed pillow.
  8. Place the prepared cookies on the lined baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  9. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Drizzle Mrs. Richardson’s Caramel Topping over each pillow and sprinkle with Mediterranean Sea Salt.
