Popsicle Base
  • 4 medium ripe peaches peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup yogurt or cream for the base
  • ¼ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Layering
  • 1 cup additional peach slices for garnishing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare the peach puree by peeling and pitting four peaches, chopping them into chunks, and blending on high until smooth.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt or cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, honey, and salt until creamy.
  3. Pour half of the peach puree into the cream mixture and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
  4. Layer the molds with alternating spoonfuls of peach puree and cream mixture, leaving some space at the top.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  6. To release, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds before serving.
