Preparation
- Prepare the peach puree by peeling and pitting four peaches, chopping them into chunks, and blending on high until smooth.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together yogurt or cream, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, honey, and salt until creamy.
- Pour half of the peach puree into the cream mixture and gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
- Layer the molds with alternating spoonfuls of peach puree and cream mixture, leaving some space at the top.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To release, briefly run warm water over the outside of the molds before serving.
