Baking Instructions

  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the lined baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.

  9. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered erythritol, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  10. Spread cream filling on half the cookies, top with another cookie to assemble the pies.
