- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat an 8x8-inch baking dish with non-stick spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, coconut milk, maple syrup, baking powder, salt, flaxseed, and applesauce. Stir in melted coconut oil and spices.
- Pour the oatmeal mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chopped pecans and shredded coconut on top of the oatmeal mixture.
