Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. On a lightly floured surface, unroll the puff pastry and cut it into 8 equal strips.
  3. Loop each strip into a ring shape and pinch the ends together.
  4. Spoon a small dollop of blueberry preserves into the center of each pastry ring.
  5. Brush the exposed edges with the beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Transfer the rings to a wire rack to cool for about 10 minutes.
  8. Prepare the vanilla cream mixture by combining cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk.
  9. Add the chilled vanilla cream over or inside each of the cooled pastry rings.
  10. Top each pastry ring with fresh blueberries and sprinkle powdered sugar.
