- Gather your ingredients: 2 ½ cups of frozen strawberries, 3 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 1–2 tablespoons of raw honey.
- Place the frozen strawberries, lemon juice, and honey into the food processor's bowl. Pulse it several times until the fruit is somewhat chopped but not fully blended.
- Select the high-speed setting on your food processor and blend the mixture for about 3–6 minutes. Stop every minute to scrape down the sides.
- If needed, add water or fruit juice in 1–2 tablespoon increments to help the blending process.
- Once you have your desired consistency, you can either serve the sorbet immediately or transfer it to a freezer-safe container for later enjoyment.
