- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners.
- Mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl until smooth, with some small lumps for texture.
- Stir in the nut butter until fully blended with the mashed bananas.
- Incorporate the protein powder and cocoa powder into the mixture until smooth.
- Place 8 silicone baking cups in your muffin tin.
- Divide the batter evenly among the baking cups, filling them about three-quarters full. Add mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
