Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your muffin tin with liners.
  2. Mash the bananas in a medium-sized bowl until smooth, with some small lumps for texture.
  3. Stir in the nut butter until fully blended with the mashed bananas.
  4. Incorporate the protein powder and cocoa powder into the mixture until smooth.
  5. Place 8 silicone baking cups in your muffin tin.
  6. Divide the batter evenly among the baking cups, filling them about three-quarters full. Add mini chocolate chips on top if desired.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the tops look set.
  8. Allow to cool completely in the cups before serving or storing.
