- In a large bowl, combine the strawberries, medium apple, kiwis, and mango. Mix gently to combine.
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
- Pour the honey-lemon mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each pita bread into 8 wedges and separate the layers.
- Arrange the pita wedges on the baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon, then sprinkle over the buttered wedges.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow the chips to cool completely before serving.
- Serve the chilled fruit salsa alongside the pita chips.
