  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt, and gently fold until just combined.
  5. Fold in the semi-sweet chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Allow to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes before slicing into squares and serving.
